Confidentiality and Access Credentials Non‑Disclosure Agreement

In accepting this access, you personally agree and accept the commitment to the following: 

(i) keep all information included in this proprietary site of TREX Partners (including all documents, contents, photos, data, etc., and login credentials) strictly confidential and not share, store, or transmit any of that information, in any form, with any other person or entity for any purpose.

(ii) you agree to use the TREX Partners platform only for the specific purposes as agreed with your key contact TREX Member and for authorized professional purposes.

(iii) no copies or links will be stored by you in any form; and

(iv) this commitment continues even after access to the site is revoked.

You also agree and accept that any bypass of confidentiality or security requirements as noted above or otherwise, or any disclosure of information, is prohibited. Should any inadvertent breach occur, we request that you immediately report any event, loss, or compromise of such data and credentials. All information included in this site remains strictly private and confidential, and the sole property of TREX Partners, who reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect such rights, including legal action.
